Refund policy

Returns 

All our cards are digitally printed on demand to reduce wastage and therefore stock may only be returned if damaged or faulty.

Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please take a picture of any damaged or faulty items and email us at heather@heathertrefusisart.com stating your name, order number and the email address that was used to place the order, and we'll be be touch as soon as possible.  These items must be returned before credit can be issued. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Any applicable refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days of receiving the return. We will refund the price of the products in full as well as any reasonable cost of return postage.

Amendments & Cancellations 

If you made a mistake on your order or simply wish to cancel it, please email us as soon as possible at heather@heathertrefusisart.com and provide your full name and order number.  Please note that orders can only be amended or cancelled prior to commencement of the printing process.
